At Ginger Fox, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all Ginger Fox designer tags remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
